Optional excursions are booked and paid for through your Tour Manager once you are on tour.
Every Tour Manager in North America has their own style when it comes to collecting payment for optional excursions and your Tour Manager will explain how they would like this done once you are on tour.
Payments can only be made to your Tour Manager in local currency cash or by credit card payment.
It’s a good idea to look at the optionals list and price things out before you leave home so you have an idea of what it would cost if you participated in everything on the trip. It’s a good idea to participate in everything that you can afford because it adds to your experience and makes your trip a lot better. You don’t want to miss out on an optional because you may end up missing some of the best moments that your group will share together on your trip. Just keep in mind that prices you see on the website or in the brochure can change slightly.
